After receiving your request, I will confirm your order via e-mail and send a PayPal invoice (you may also choose to pay by personal check). After payment is received I will send you several options to choose from and you will have the option to ask for revisions and a second round of designs. If for some reason, we do not arrive at a monogram you are happy with, I will refund your entire payment. Thank you!
